Student Select


Microsoft have released the Academic Student Select Enrolment Agreement allowing your school to obtain licences for the following products for your students under the Microsoft Academic Select Agreement at discount prices.

You are able to offer to your students the following licences;

Office Professional 2003
Office Standard 2003
Office MAC 2004
Office MAC Pro 2004
Windows XP Pro Upgrade
Encarta Premium 2006 FrontPage 2003
OneNote 2003
Project 2003
Student 2006
Visio Standard 2003

What is involved with purchasing licences under this program.

• student must sign a Student Select Licence Agreement when collecting licence and media
• licence becomes the property of the student to whom it has been assigned and will not terminate or expire even after student leaves the school
• the licence cannot be assigned or transferred, in whole or in part by the student back to your school or any other third party
• you may not transfer or assign to any student more than 1 licence with respect to any version of any product. eg. 1 x Office licence and/or 1 x Windows XP Pro licence etc.
• only English version of the above products can be enrolled
• when a licence is ordered at the same time a copy of the media must be ordered
• licence and software not transferable must remain on students laptop or PC
• licences under this program have downgrade rights to an earlier version eg. Office Pro 2003 downgrade to Office Pro XP
• to order student licences the school is to fax to IQT Systems a Purchase Order for processing
• your school is responsible for the distribution of both software, media and completion of the Student Select Licence Agreement per student order
• copy of Student Select Licence Agreement is to be held by the school in a secure place accessible anytime for auditing by Microsoft
• students (with consent from a parent or guardian) must read very carefully all conditions on agreement before signing
